ETIKA BISNIS SYARIAH DAN PENDIDIKAN NILAI ISLAMI DALAM MENDORONG KEPATUHAN HUKUM PEDAGANG DI PASAR TRADISIONAL LAINO, RAHA, KABUPATEN MUNA

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh etika bisnis Syariah dan pendidikan nilai Islami terhadap kepatuhan hukum pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Laino, Raha, Kabupaten Muna. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada adanya kesenjangan antara aturan formal pasar dan praktik perdagangan sehari-hari, serta kuatnya nilai religius masyarakat Muna yang berpotensi memengaruhi perilaku kepatuhan pedagang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus dengan pemilihan informan melalui purposive sampling, melibatkan pedagang, pengelola pasar, dan tokoh agama. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles, Huberman & Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai etika bisnis Islam yaitu kejujuran, amanah, keadilan, larangan kecurangan timbangan, dan larangan memakan harta secara batil telah cukup terinternalisasi dalam praktik perdagangan pedagang, meskipun implementasinya belum sepenuhnya konsisten. Pendidikan nilai Islami sebagaimana dijelaskan Yusuf Qardhawi—terutama nilai rabbaniyyah, akhlak, dan kemanusiaan—berperan signifikan dalam membentuk perilaku pedagang yang jujur, tertib, dan menghargai hak orang lain. Kepatuhan hukum pedagang dipengaruhi oleh pemahaman etika Syariah, kesadaran spiritual, serta faktor eksternal seperti sosialisasi aturan dan tekanan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa etika bisnis Syariah berperan sebagai mekanisme kontrol internal yang memperkuat kepatuhan hukum, sehingga semakin kuat internalisasi nilai Islami pada pedagang, semakin tinggi tingkat kepatuhan mereka terhadap aturan pasar.
This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic business ethics and Islamic values education on the legal compliance of traders at Laino Traditional Market, Raha, Muna Regency. The background of the study is based on the gap between formal market rules and daily trading practices, as well as the strong religious values of the Muna community that have the potential to influence trader behavior. The study uses a qualitative case study approach with informants selected through purposive sampling, involving traders, market managers, and religious leaders. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman & Saldana model. The results show that the values of Islamic business ethics—honesty, trustworthiness, justice, the prohibition of scarcity, and the prohibition of consuming property unjustly—have been sufficiently internalized in trader trading practices, although their application is not yet fully consistent. Islamic values education as explained by Yusuf Qardhawi—especially the values of rabbaniyyah, morals, and humanity—plays a significant role in shaping the behavior of traders who are honest, orderly, and respectful of the rights of others. Legal compliance of economic actors is influenced by an understanding of Sharia ethics, spiritual awareness, and external factors such as regulatory socialization and economic pressure. This study concludes that Sharia business ethics acts as an internal control mechanism that strengthens legal compliance. Therefore, the stronger the internalization of Islamic values among traders, the higher their level of compliance with market regulations.
