DETERMINAN KINERJA CADDY PADA INDAHPURI GOLF COURSE BATAM

Abstrak

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh dari kompensasi, pelatihan dan disiplin kepada kinerja caddy di indahpuri Golf Course Batam. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan yaitu kuantitatif, melalui data yang didapatkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis mempergunakan program SPSS. Objek yang menjadi variable bebas yaitu Kompensasi (X1), pelatihan (X2), disiplin (X3). Sedangkan Kinerja (Y) menjadi variable terikat. Populasi penelitian ini mencakup seluruh caddy yang bekerja di indahpuri Golf Course Batam. Metode pengambilan sampel melalui sampel Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%, Temuan ini memperlihatkan pengaruh signifikan kompensasi, pelatihan dan disiplin terhadap kinerja caddy indahpuri Golf Course Batam, berdasarkan  F hitung pada pengujian hipotesis secara simultan sebesar 16.040, maka disimpulkan bahwa skor F hitung > F tabel atau (16,040 > 2,11) dan hal tersebut diperkuat dengan skor signifikan Sig.0.000. sedangakan R Square 0,481 atau 48,1%. Dari hasil olah data Aplikasi SPSS didapati simpulan bahwasanya variabel Kompensasi (X1), Pelatihan (X2) dan Disiplin (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y) sementara itu, sebesar 51,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, training, and discipline on caddy performance at Indahpuri Golf Course Batam. The type of research applied is quantitative, through data obtained by questionnaire and analyzed using the SPSS program. The objects that become independent variables are Compensation (X1), training (X2), discipline (X3). While Performance (Y) is the dependent variable. This study population includes all caddy working at Indahpuri Golf Course Batam. The sampling method used is the Slovin sample with an error rate of 10%. The results showed a significant effect of compensation, training and discipline on caddy performance at Indahpuri Golf Course Batam, based on the F count on simultaneous hypothesis testing of 16,040, it was concluded that the F count score> F table or (16.040> 2.11) and this was reinforced by a significant score of Sig.0.000. while R Square 0.481 or 48.1%. From the results of the SPSS Application data processing, it can be concluded that the Compensation (X1), Training (X2) and Discipline (X3) variables simultaneously influence the Performance (Y) variable, while 51.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
