ANALISIS TANTANGAN SARANA, PRASARANA, DAN LAYANAN PENDIDIKAN PADA POS PAUD TERPADU: KAJIAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara sistematis dan mengkategorikan tantangan kritis yang dihadapi Pos PAUD Terpadu dalam pemenuhan standar sarana, prasarana, dan kualitas layanan pendidikan berdasarkan literatur ilmiah. Metode: Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data primer dikumpulkan dari 15 sumber ilmiah (jurnal terindeks, buku, dan dokumen kebijakan) yang relevan dan diterbitkan dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi temuan, kategorisasi, dan sintesis interpretatif untuk mengidentifikasi pola tantangan. Hasil: Tantangan dikategorikan secara struktural: (1) Sarana (defisit APE bervariasi dan bahan literasi); (2) Prasarana (inkonsistensi kepemilikan bangunan/non-permanen dan risiko sanitasi); dan (3) Layanan (rendahnya kompetensi guru akibat minimnya akses pelatihan dan insentif). Kesimpulan: Tantangan pada Pos PAUD bersifat multi-dimensi, di mana masalah infrastruktur dan pendanaan secara langsung membatasi pengembangan SDM, sehingga diperlukan kerangka kebijakan multi-sektoral untuk meningkatkan mutu PAUD berbasis komunitas.
Objective: This study aims to systematically analyze and categorize the critical challenges faced by Integrated Early Childhood Education Posts (Pos PAUD) in meeting standards for facilities, infrastructure, and quality of educational services based on scientific literature. Method: Using a qualitative approach with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Primary data was collected from 15 relevant scientific sources (indexed journals, books, and policy documents) published within the last 10 years. Data analysis was conducted through finding reduction, categorization, and interpretive synthesis to identify patterns of challenges. Results: Challenges were categorized structurally: (1) Facilities (varying deficits in APE and literacy materials); (2) Infrastructure (inconsistent building/non permanent ownership and sanitation risks); and (3) Services (low teacher competency due to limited access to training and incentives). Conclusion: Challenges at the PAUD Post are multidimensional, where infrastructure and funding issues directly limit human resource development, necessitating a multi-sectoral policy framework to improve the quality of community-based PAUD.
