PENGARUH PENGUASAAN KETERAMPILAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN EFISIENSI OPERASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR SEKRETARIAT DPRD WONOGIRI

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penguasaan keterampilan teknologi informasi dan efisiensi operasional terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Wonogiri. Perkembangan pesat Teknologi Informasi dan Teknologi (TIK) menuntut organisasi masyarakat, termasuk DPRD untuk beradaptasi guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Wonogiri, pegawai memiliki peran yang penting dalam menunjang operasional lembaga yang sangat bergantung pada kemampuan administrasi dan mengelola dokumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif melalui survei 50 responden pegawai Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Wonogiri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Berdasarkan pengujian secara parsial atau uji t penguasaan keterampilan teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Wonogiri. 2). Berdasarkan pengujian secara parsial atau uji t efisiensi operasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Wonogiri. 3). Berdasarkan pengujian secara simultan atau bersama-sama penguasaan keterampilan teknologi infromasi dan efisiensi operasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Wonogiri.

This study aims to examine the influence of information technology skills mastery and operational efficiency on employee performance at the Secretariat Office of the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of Wonogiri. The rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) requires community organizations, including DPRD, to adapt in order to improve the quality of public services. At the Secretariat office of DPRD Wonogiri, employees play a crucial role in supporting organizational operations, which heavily rely on administrative abilities and document management skills. This research employs a quantitative methodology through a survey of 50 employees at the Secretariat Office of DPRD Wonogiri. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with spss 25 software. The results indicate that: 1) Based on partial testing (t-test), mastery of information technology skills has a significant effect on employee performance at the Secretariat office of DPRD Wonogiri; 2) Based on partial testing (t-test), operational efficiency also significantly affects employee performance at the Secretariat Office of DPRD Wonogiri; 3) Based on simultaneous testing, both information technology skills mastery and operational efficiency jointly have a significant effect on employee performance at the Secretariat Office of DPRD Wonogiri.
