ANALISIS SISTEM SATU DATA PADA DINAS KOMUNIKASI INFORMATIKA STATISTIKA DAN PERSANDIAN PROVINSI BANTEN

Abstrak

Laporan ini membahas analisis terhadap Sistem Satu Data yang diterapkan di Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistika, dan Persandian Provinsi Banten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sistem berdasarkan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service), guna mengetahui tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan data pemerintah daerah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna sistem. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sistem berada dalam kategori “baik” di semua aspek PIECES, dengan nilai rata-rata kepuasan pengguna di atas 4,0. Selain itu, pengujian dengan GTmetrix memperlihatkan bahwa situs web memiliki performa tinggi dengan skor performance sebesar 98%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Satu Data telah berfungsi secara optimal dan mendukung transparansi serta integrasi data lintas instansi. Penulis juga memberikan rekomendasi peningkatan pada aspek layanan pengguna dan fitur visualisasi data.

This report analyzes the One Data System implemented by the Department of Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Encryption of Banten Province. The purpose of this study is to evaluate system performance using the PIECES framework (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of local government data management. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to system users. The analysis results indicate that the system performs well across all PIECES aspects, with an average user satisfaction score above 4.0. Furthermore, GTmetrix testing showed that the website performs optimally, with a performance score of 98%. These findings confirm that the One Data System effectively supports transparency and data integration across agencies. The report also provides recommendations to enhance user service features and interactive data visualization.
