ANALISIS CITRAAN PADA NOVEL “AZAMINE” KARYA SOPHIE AULIA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan citraan dalam Novel “Azzamine” Karya Sophie Aulia yang diterbitkan pada februari 2022. Novel bergenre roman religi ini mengishkan perjalanan cinta Azzam dan Jasmine yang bermula dari perjodohan. Namun terhalang oleh kehadiran Deka, kekasih Jasmine. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan objektif dengan metode deskritif kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi, mengkasifikasi, dan menganalisis jenis – jenis citraan yang digunakan penggarang. Hasil penilitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sophie Aulia menggunakan berbagai jenis citraan, dengan dominasi citraan visual dan auditif untuk membangun latar religious dan suasana romantis. Citraan dalam novel ini berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai unsur estetis, tetapi juga sebagai sarana untuk memperkuat tema religius dan konflik batin tokoh. Penggunaan citraan yang efektif berhasil menciptakan atmosfer yang mendukung perkembangan karakter dan plot, menjadikan novel ini sebagai salah satu best seller di Indonesia.
This study aims to analyze the use of imagery in the Novel "Azzamine" By Sophie Aulia published in february 2022. This novel in the religious romance genre tells the love journey of Azzam and Jasmine which begins with an arranged marriage. However, it is hindered by the presence of Deka, Jasmine's lover. This study uses an objective approach with a qualitative descriptive method to identify, classify, and analyze the types of imagery used by the author. The results of this study indicate that Sophie Aulia uses various types of imagery, with a dominance of visual and auditory imagery to build a religious setting and romantic atmosphere. The imagery in this novel functions not only as an aesthetic element, but also as a means to strengthen the religious theme and the character's inner conflict. The effective use of imagery has succeeded in creating an atmosphere that supports the development of character and plot, making this novel one of the best sellers in Indonesia.
