HUBUNGAN INDEKS MASA TUBUH DENGAN DAYA TAHAN VO2MAX WASIT SEPAKBOLA BERLISENCE C-3 KABUPATEN TANJUNG JABUNG BARAT PROVINSI JAMBI

Abstrak

Asosiasi PSSI provinsi Jambi khususnya pada Askab di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat memiliki wasit dari berbagai yang aktif memimpin agenda baik ditingkat Kabupaten Maupun Provinsi.  Di Kecamatan Merlung ini tidak hanya terdapat banyak klub sepakbola amatir namun juga terdapat banyak komunitas wasit, baik wasit C-3 tingkat Kabupaten / Kota dan dan C-1 tingkat Nasional. Selain itu juga di Kecamatan Merlung sering di adakan Kompetisi Piala open CUP baik antar kecamatan maupun antar Club yang ada di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan indeks masa tubuh dengan daya tahan Vo2Max wasit sepakbola Berlisence C-3 Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian korelasional, mengemukakan penelitian korelasi adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menemukan ada tidaknya hubungan dan apabila ada, seberapa eratnya hubungan serta berarti atau tidaknya hubungan itu. Instrument pada penelitian ini adalah dengan “Multistage Fitness” dan Tes IMP berupa Tinggi Badan, Berat badan dan usia. Sampel yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wasit sepakbola berlisence C-3 Di Kecamatan Merlung Tanjung Jabung Barat yang berjumlah 15 Orang. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh sebagai berikut tes indeks masa tubuh dengan jumlah sampel 9 orang kemudian didapatkan jumlah nilai 174 dengan rata-rata nilai 19,33, dan standar deviasi 2,05, nilai tertinggi yang didapatkan 22,9 dan terendah 16,2. Data yang diperoleh sebagai berikut daya tahan Vo2Max dengan jumlah sampel 9 orang kemudian didapatkan jumlah nilai 328,5 dengan rata-rata nilai 36,50 dan standar deviasi 2,82, nilai tertinggi yang didapatkan 40,8 dan terendah 31. Untuk uji normalitas Lo < Ltabel, maka data dari kedua variabel memiliki distribusi data yang normal karena, untuk data indeks masa tubuh Lo (0.1866) < Ltabel (0,2953), dan data dayatahan VO2 max wasit (0.1155) < Ltabel (0,2953). Dengan menggunakan rumus (n-2) 9–2 = 7 pada α = 0,05, maka dengan dk 7, untuk uji dua pihak t 0,95 = 1,8946 mudah dilihat bahwa t_(hitung=) 3,214571 > t_tabel 1,7341. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan indeks masa tubuh dengan daya tahan VO2 max wasit sepakbola berlisence C3 Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat Provinsi Jambi.

The PSSI Association of Jambi Province, especially in Askab in West Tanjung Jabung Regency, has referees from various parties who actively lead agendas both at the Regency and Provincial levels. In Merlung District, there are not only many amateur football clubs but also many referee communities, both C-3 referees at the Regency / City level and C-1 at the National level. In addition, in Merlung District, Open CUP Cup Competitions are often held both between districts and between clubs in West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between body mass index and Vo2Max endurance of C-3 licensed football referees in West Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi Province. This study is a correlational study, stating that correlation research is a study that aims to find out whether there is a relationship and if there is, how close the relationship is and whether or not the relationship is meaningful. The instruments in this study were "Multistage Fitness" and IMP Tests in the form of Height, Weight, and Age. The sample used by the author in this study was all C-3 licensed football referees in Merlung District, West Tanjung Jabung, totaling 15 people. Based on the analysis of the data obtained as follows, a body mass index test with a sample of 9 people then obtained a total value of 174 with an average value of 19.33, and a standard deviation of 2.05, the highest value obtained was 22.9 and the lowest was 16.2. The data obtained as follows Vo2Max endurance with a sample size of 9 people then obtained a total value of 328.5 with an average value of 36.50 and a standard deviation of 2.82, the highest value obtained was 40.8 and the lowest was 31. For the normality test Lo <Ltable, then the data from both variables have a normal data distribution because, for the body mass index data Lo (0.1866) <Ltable (0.2953), and the referee's VO2 max endurance data (0.1155) <Ltable (0.2953). By using the formula (n-2) 9–2 = 7 at α = 0.05, then with dk 7, for the two-tailed test t 0.95 = 1.8946 it is easy to see that t_(count=) 3.214571> t_table 1.7341. This study concludes that there is a relationship between body mass index and VO2 max endurance of C3 licensed soccer referees in West Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi Province.
