This research aims: 1) to find out how much influence Leadership Style has on Employee Performance Satisfaction at PT Radio Sonora Jakarta, 2) to find out how much influence Work Motivation has on Employee Performance Satisfaction at PT Radio Sonora Jakarta, 3) to find out how big the influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on PT Radio Sonora Jakarta Employee Performance and 4) to find out how much influence Leadership Style and Work Motivation together have on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative method by examining each variable to find out the value of one or more variables without making comparisons and connecting it with other variables using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The samples taken were all 70 employees of PT Radio Sonora Jakarta. To determine the number of samples using a saturation test or census with an error rate of 5%. The analytical tool used is path analysis. From the results of the analysis of the magnitude of the influence of Leadership Style on. PT Radio Sonora Employee Job Satisfaction is shown by the tcount value of 7.849 which is greater than the ttable value of 1.996 and the sign value. 0.000 is less than a probability of 0.05. The regression coefficient of leadership style (X1) on job satisfaction (Z) is 0.515, meaning that every time leadership style (X1) experiences an increase of one unit, it will increase job satisfaction (Z) by 0.515 units. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the influence of Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction from the regression coefficient of work motivation (X1) on job satisfaction (Z) is 0.372. The work motivation regression coefficient (X2) is positive, meaning that work motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. The simultaneous influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance is 73.0%. The magnitude of the influence of Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z) which is indicated by the indirect influence value which is greater than the direct influence value.
