KESALAHAN SISTEM PADA APLIKASI SIREKAP YANG MENIMBULKAN KERIBUTAN DAN KECURANGAN PADA HASIL PEMUNGUTAN SUARA

Abstrak

Ramai di si social media mengenai hasil pemungutan suara yang dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu, 14 Februari 2024 tidak sesuai dengan yang di upload di aplikasi KPU yaitu siRekap, sehingga menimbulkan keributan di masyarakat. Masyarakat tidak terima dikarenakan suara yang lebih unggul atau menang di TPS setempat tidak sesuai datanya dengan yang ada di upload di aplikasi KPU, mereka beranggapan bahwa perbuatan ini dianggap kecurangan yang sengaja di atur untuk memenangkan salah satu paslon saja. Aplikasi ini memiliki fungsi mempermudah anggota KPPS untuk menginput data hasil perhitungan di TPS. Komentar - komentar negatif juga banyak di akun Instagram resmi Bawaslu yang menganggap hal ini benar - benar fatal.Mereka juga mendesak bagaimana cara kerja Bawaslu dalam penyelenggaraan Pemilu. dan bagaimana dengan aturan - aturan yang di buat agar pemilu berjalan dengan damai. Dalam Pasal 94 ayat (2) UU Pemilu juga menjelaskan bahwa dalam melakukan penindakan pelanggaran pemilu, Bawaslu bertugas untuk : menerima, memeriksa, dan mengkaji dugaan pelanggaran pemilu; menginvestigasi dugaan pelanggaran pemilu; menentukan dugaan pelanggaran administrasi pemilu, dugaan pelanggaran kode etik penyelenggaraan dan/atau dugaan tindak pidana pemilu; memutus pelanggaran administrasi pemilu. Dan juga termasuk ke dalam Peraturan Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilihan Umum Republik Indonesia Nomor 2 Tahun 2017 Tentang Kode Etik Dan Pedoman Perilaku Penyelenggara Pemilihan Umum

The public did not accept it because the votes that were superior or won at the local polling station did not match the data uploaded to the KPU application, they thought that this act was considered fraud which was deliberately arranged to win only one of the candidate pairs. There are also many negative comments on Bawaslu's official Instagram account which consider this to be truly fatal. They also insist on how Bawaslu works in organizing elections and what about the rules that are made so that elections can run peacefully. In Pasal 94 (2) UU Election also explained that in carrying out action against election violations, Bawaslu is taked with: receiving, examining and reviewing alleged election violations; investigate alleged election violations; determine alleged violations of election administration, alleged violations of the code of ethics for organizing and/or suspected election crimes; resolve election administration violations. And it is also included in the Regulation of the Regulation of the Honorary Council for General Election Organizers of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2017 concerning the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct for General Election Organizers.
