ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA BK BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI DI UPT SMP N 15 MEDAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan media berbasis teknologi bimbingan dan konseling (BK) di UPT SMP N 15 Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian adalah guru BK di UPT SMP N 15 Medan yaitu ibu Sonia Khairunnisa S.Pd. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Analisis kebutuhan media berbasis teknologi BK di UPT SMP N 15 Medan menunjukkan bahwa guru BK membutuhkan media yang interaktif, menarik, dan sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini. (2) Desain pengembangan media berbasis teknologi BK mencakup pembuatan konten, tampilan, dan fitur-fitur yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru BK. (3) Pengembangan media berbasis teknologi BK dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi-aplikasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, seperti Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, dan Edpuzzle. (4) Implementasi media berbasis teknologi BK di UPT SMP N 15 Medan menunjukkan bahwa media tersebut dapat meningkatkan efektivitas layanan BK. (5) Evaluasi pengembangan media berbasis teknologi BK menunjukkan bahwa media tersebut layak digunakan dan memperoleh respon positif dari guru BK.
This research aims to analyze the development needs of technology-based guidance and counseling (BK) media at UPT SMP N 15 Medan. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subject is the BK teacher at UPT SMP N 15 Medan, namely Mrs. Sonia Khairunnisa S.Pd. Data collection was conducted through interviews. The research results show that: (1) Analysis of the needs of technology-based BK media at UPT SMP N 15 Medan shows that BK teachers need media that are interactive, attractive, and in accordance with current technological developments. (2) The design of technology-based BK media development includes creating content, appearance, and features that are in accordance with the needs of BK teachers. (3) The development of technology-based BK media is carried out using information and communication technology applications, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and Edpuzzle. (4) The implementation of technology-based BK media at UPT SMP N 15 Medan shows that the media can increase the effectiveness of BK services. (5) Evaluation of the development of technology-based BK media shows that the media is feasible to use and receives positive responses from BK teachers.
