This study aims to analyze the effect of System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality on Net Benefits in the implementation of the Agency-Level Financial Application System (SAKTI) State Property (BMN) Module at a Meteorological Station. The study employed a quantitative explanatory approach using a survey method. The population consisted of 78 SAKTI BMN Module users, and saturated sampling was applied so that all members of the population became respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 16 statement items and were supported by limited interviews and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 27. The results show that System Quality has a positive and significant effect on Net Benefits, with a t-value of 4.652 and significance of <0.001. Information Quality also has a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 2.330 and significance of 0.023. Service Quality does not have a significant effect, with a t-value of -0.302 and significance of 0.763. Simultaneously, System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality have a significant effect on Net Benefits, as indicated by an F-value of 56.828 and significance of <0.001. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.697, meaning that the three variables jointly explain 69.7% of the variation in Net Benefits. System Quality is the most dominant variable, with a standardized beta coefficient of 0.591.
