MENGANALISIS SISTEM APLIKASI ALODOKTER MENGGUNAKAN METODE EVALUASI HEURISTIK

Abstrak

User interface dan user Experience yang didasarkan pada user centered design, activity centered design dan juga goal design, yang dimana memiliki banyak terjadi interaksi antar manusia dan Komputer. Sehingga menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam membangun sebuah website maupun aplikasi, mengingat semakin efektif dan efisien suatu desain maka semakin mudah pula pengguna menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Sistem Aplikasi ini dapat dijadikan juga sebagai symbol interaksi manusia dan computer [1], seperti pada aplikasi Kesehatan (telemedicine), seperti alodokter ini. Analisa ini berfokus pada evaluasi sistem aplikasi Alodokter. Adapun Evaluasi yang digunakan adalah evaluasi Heuristic (Jakob’s Ten Usability Heuristics) juga metode penelitian deskriptif. Dimana evaluasi ini memiliki 10 poin, yang manan nantinya aplikasi Alodokter ini akan di evaluasi mulai dari design dan fitur – fitur lainnya dan metode penelitian deskriptif ini mengacu pada menjelaskan suatu peristiwa yang sedang berjalan pada masa sekarang dan juga pada masa lampau, jadi digunakannya metode ini karna akan ada evaluasi dari sistem yang sudah ada maupun yang sedang berjalan.Setelah evaluasi terlaksana maka kita dapat melihat baik kekurangan maupun kelebihan dari aplikasi Alodokter ini dan nantinya akan ada beberapa rekomendasi untuk dijadikan bahan pembaharuan bagi aplikasi.

So that it becomes one of the important factors in building a website or application, considering that the more effective and efficient a design is, the easier it will be for users to use the application. This application system can also be used as a symbol of human and computer interaction, such as in health applications (telemedicine), such as this HealthReplies.com. This analysis focuses on evaluating the Alodokter application system. The evaluation used is a heuristic evaluation (Jakob's Ten Usability Heuristics) as well as a descriptive research method. Where this evaluation has 10 points, which later the Alodokter application will be evaluated starting from the design and other features and this descriptive research method refers to explaining an event that is taking place in the present and also in the past, so this method is used because there will be an evaluation of the existing and ongoing system. After the evaluation is carried out, we can see both the advantages and disadvantages of this Alodokter application and later there will be several recommendations to be used as material for updating the application.
