PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMA NEGERI 1 PAYARAMAN

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengejtaui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 40 responden yang merupakan Guru pada SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Peneliti menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 28. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Hipotesis pertama yaitu motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai nilai sig 0,001 < 0,05 atau nilai t hitung (3,527) > t table (2,026) maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesi pertama diterima. Hipotesis kedua, yaitu disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 atau nilai t hitung (5,798) > t table (2,026) maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis kedua diterima. Dan secara simultan motivasi dan disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman.

This research aims to find out the influence of motivation and discipline on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a sample size of 40 respondents who were teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman using a saturated sampling technique. Researchers used questionnaires to collect data. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS version 28 software. Based on the research results, it was found that the first hypothesis was that motivation influences teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman. This can be seen from the sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 or the calculated t value (3.527) > t table (2.026), so it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted. The second hypothesis, namely that discipline influences teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman. This can be seen from the sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 or the calculated t value (5.798) > t table (2.026), so it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted. And simultaneously motivation and discipline influence teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman
