Abstrak

Rahmat Ridho, No.BP 2022422067, Master of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business (2024), " The influence of leadership style, work facilities, and job training on school performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at SMP I T Dar el Iman Padang City." under the guidance of Mr. Dr. Ir. Dr. Elfiswandi,SE,MM,Ak,,, and Mr. Dr. Jhon veri, S.Kom., M.Kom,M.M. This research aims to test how This study aims to examine how much influence the influence of leadership style, facilities and training on school performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at SMP IT Dar el Iman Padang. Data collection methods through surveys and circulating questionnaires, with a sample of 67 respondents. The analysis method used structural equation modeling using smartpls. There is a significant influence of leadership style on school performance at SMP IT Dar el Iman Padang.There is a significant effect of facilities on school performance at SMP IT Dar el Iman Padang.There is a significant effect of job training on school performance at SMP IT Dar el Iman Padang.There is an insignificant effect of job satisfaction on school performance at SMP IT Dar el Iman Padang.There is a significant effect of leadership style on school performance at SMP IT Dar el Iman Padang.There is an insignificant effect of job training on the performance of teachers and employees of SMP IT Dar el Iman Padang.There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on the performance of teachers and employees of SMP IT Dar el Iman Padang. There is a leadership style has an insignificant effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on teachers and employees of SMP IT Dar el Iman Padang.There is a facility has an insignificant effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in teachers and employees of SMP IT Dar el Iman Padang.There is an insignificant effect of training on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in teachers and employees of SMP IT Dar el Iman Padang.
