Sistem kendali merupakan serangkaian kombinasi beberapa komponen yang bekerja sama dengan tujuan mengelola, mengatur, dan memberikan perintah kepada sub-sistem lain untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan. Pengadaan Mata Kuliah Sistem Kendali+Lab dalam kurikulum merdeka belajar kampus merdeka 2020-2025 Program Studi Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Udayana merupakan upaya penerapan peran perguruan tinggi dalam pembelajaran, penelitian dan pengembangan sistem kendali. Pada penelitian ini dirancang dan dibangun Modul Grade 1 Trainer Kit Sistem Kendali+Lab untuk menunjang proses pelaksanaan praktikum di laboratorium. Modul grade 1 terdiri dari 5 perancang dasar sistem kendali, yakni perancangan sistem kendali arah putar motor DC, kendali kecepatan dan arah putar motor DC dengan PWM, kendali posisi motor servo dengan infrared, kendali water heater, dan water level control. Pada setiap perancangan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yang meliputi perancangan boks modul, perancangan perangkat keras (hardware), dan perancangan plan pengujian. Keluaran penelitian ini berupa boks modul trainer kit sistem kendali, buku pedoman penggunaan, dan hasil perancangan dari masing-masing sistem kendali. Kesimpulan penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa perancangan Modul Grade 1 Trainer Kit Sistem Kendali+Lab telah berhasil dengan baik.
A control system is a series of combinations of several components that work together for the purpose of managing, regulating, and giving commands to other subsystems to obtain the desired results. Udayana University Engineering Faculty Electrical Engineering Studies Program 2020-2025 is an attempt to apply the role of college in learning, research and development of control systems. In this study, a Grade 1 Module of the Control System + Lab Trainer Kit will be designed and built to support the process of implementing practicum in the laboratory. The grade 1 module consists of 5 basic control system designers, namely the design of the DC motor rotating direction control system, speed control and DC motor rotating direction with PWM, servo motor position control with infrared, water heater control, and water level control. Each design is carried out through several stages that include the design of the box module, the design hardware (hardware), and the design test plan. The output of this research is a control system trainer kit module box, a user manual, and the design results of each control system. The conclusion of this study is that the design of the Grade 1 Trainer Kit System Control+Lab Module has worked well.
