Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara psychological safety dan creative self-efficacy pada karyawan CV. Teak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 73 karyawan CV. Teak yang dipilih dengan metode non-probability sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui skala Psychological Safety Index (Clark, 2020) dan skala Creative Self-Efficacy (Tierney & Farmer, 2002). Hasil analisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman rho menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara psychological safety dan creative self-efficacy (r = 0.500, p < 0.05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat psychological safety yang dirasakan karyawan, semakin tinggi pula keyakinan mereka terhadap kemampuan kreatifnya. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi bagi perusahaan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung keamanan psikologis guna meningkatkan kreativitas karyawan.

This research aims to examine the relationship between psychological safety and creative self-efficacy among employees of CV. Teak. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The participants of this study consisted of 73 employees of CV. Teak who were selected using a saturated non-probability sampling method. Data collection was conducted through the Psychological Safety Index scale (Clark, 2020) and the Creative Self-Efficacy scale (Tierney & Farmer, 2002). The results of the analysis using the Spearman rho correlation test indicate a positive and significant relationship between psychological safety and creative self-efficacy (r = 0.500, p < 0.05). These findings suggest that the higher the level of psychological safety perceived by employees, the higher their confidence in their creative abilities. The results of this study have implications for companies in creating a work environment that supports psychological safety in order to enhance employee creativity.
