PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI 5S DALAM SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (STUDI KASUS: UMKM KOPI PALEMBANG)

Abstrak

This research was motivated by problems that occurred at a coffee MSME company in Palembang City. This is what makes the author interested in trying to conduct this research. This research aims to provide education to the wider community who own MSME companies, especially in the coffee sector. using library research methods and data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. The results of this research show several problems that occur in Coffee MSMEs and the proposed improvements that are given as well as the strengths and weaknesses of these improvements. so that several things can be concluded about the 5s in the proposed improvements provided.
