Abstrak

This research was motivated by problems that occurred at PALEMBANG COFFEE MSME companies, this is what made the author interested in trying to conduct this research. This research aims to provide education to the wider community of MSME company owners, especially in the coffee sector, using library research methods and data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. The results of this research show that the supply chain at CV Kopi Beans starts from corn and coffee farmers to coffee and corn suppliers, enters the production process, and is marketed through retailers or directly to consumers. The business process in CV Kopi Beans is divided into 2 parts, namely the pure coffee production process and the jangun coffee production process. The results of the supply chain performance assessment of CV Kopi Biji 87.6266 are in the good category.
