ANALISA HUBUNGAN MANAJEMEN RISIKO KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) TERHADAP TINGKAT KECELAKAAN KERJA PADA PROYEK WELL CONNECTION XYZ DI PT. X TAHUN 2025

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek krusial dalam mendukung keberlangsungan proyek-proyek migas yang memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi, termasuk pada proyek Well Connection di XYZ. Penelitian ini melihat hubungan manajemen risiko K3 terhadap tingkat kecelakaan kerja, Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional study. Populasi adalah seluruh pekerja proyek Well Connection, dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk memperoleh responden yang relevan. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dan lembar observasi, serta dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas sebelum penyebaran. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa 54,1% responden yang menilai manajemen risiko keselamatan berjalan baik menyatakan bahwa tingkat kecelakaan kerja rendah. Selain itu, pelaksanaan manajemen risiko K3 secara terintegrasi dinilai mampu memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan sehat. Namun demikian, masih ditemukan beberapa kendala di lapangan seperti lambannya pengadaan APD, kurangnya kewenangan supervisor lapangan, tidak maksimalnya tindak lanjut hasil MCU kategori P4, serta akses yang terbatas terhadap layanan DCU. Penelitian ini memberikan saran s seperti optimalisasi sistem pengadaan APD, pelibatan pekerja dalam proses identifikasi risiko, peningkatan kewenangan supervisor, serta penguatan budaya keselamatan kerja (safety culture) melalui program partisipatif dan penghargaan. Dengan penerapan manajemen risiko K3 yang konsisten, proyek dengan risiko tinggi seperti Well Connection dapat menekan angka kecelakaan dan mendukung pencapaian zero accident secara berkelanjutan.
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a crucial aspect in supporting the sustainability of oil and gas projects, which are known for their high-risk environments, including the Well Connection project at XYZ. This study examines the correlation of OSH risk management es on the rate of workplace accidents. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design was used. The study population consisted of all workers involved in the Well Connection project, and purposive sampling was employed to select relevant respondents. The research instruments included questionnaires and observation sheets, with validity and reliability tests conducted before distribution. Data analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test to assess the relationship between OSH risk management es and workplace accident rates. Furthermore, the integrated implementation of OSH risk management was found to significantly contribute to creating a safe and healthy work environment. However, several challenges were identified in the field, including delays in PPE procurement, limited authority of field supervisors, lack of follow-up for workers with MCU category P4 results, and limited access to Daily Check-Up (DCU) services. This study offers c recommendations, including optimizing the PPE procurement system, involving workers in risk identification processes, enhancing supervisor authority, and strengthening safety culture through participatory programs and recognition. With consistent implementation of OSH risk management, high-risk projects like Well Connection can reduce accident rates and support the achievement of zero accidents sustainably.
