PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENGAJUAN SKCK BERBASIS WEB PADA POLSEK TIGARAKSA

Abstrak

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat membuat semua aspek dalam kehidupan berada dalam kemudahan. Seperti pemanfaatan teknologi pada sektor kepolisian, namun terdapat masalah yang dihadapi dimana pada proses pengajuan pembuatan SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian) memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama karena belum terkomputerisasi sepenuhnya seperti menggunakan Ms. Word, tidak hanya itu data seringkali tidak terarsip secara baik seperti hilang, rusak atau tercampur dengan berkas lain. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan sistem berbasis situs web. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini digunakan beberapa metode yaitu: observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka. Adapun analisa pengambilan data dengan menggunakan SIPOC (Suppliers, Input, Process, Output, Customer). Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan UML (unified modelling language) : Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram, Bahasa pemrograman php, Database MySQL, konektivitas Xampp, dan Black Box testing sebagai pengujian pada sistem. Dengan ini diharapkan dapat membantu Polsek Tigaraksa dalam membangun sistem informasi pengajuan SKCK secara baik.

The fast development of information technology improves every facet of existence. Similar to how technology is used in the police industry, there are issues where submitting an SKCK takes a long time because it is not fully computerized such as using Microsoft Word. Furthermore, the data is frequently not properly archived, which can result in it being lost, damaged, or put up with other files. As a result, a system based on websites is required. Many techniques were employed in the development of this system, including literature research, interviews, and observation. In the meantime, SIPOC (Suppliers, Input, Process, Output, Customer) is used for data gathering and analysis. Several techniques were employed in the development of this system, including literature research, interviews, and observation. The PHP programming language, MySQL database, Xampp connectivity, Use Case, Activity, Sequence, and Class diagrams, as well as Black Box testing for system tests, were all utilized in the creation of this application using UML (unified modeling language). This is hoped to assist the Tigaraksa Police in developing a high-quality application information system for SKCK.
