Regurgitation is not something that is a concern, but if it occurs during activities and rest it will cause disruption to health problems such as infections in the respiratory tract, pneumonia caused by gastric juices returning to the lungs, stopping breathing in a few seconds, babies coughing and choking. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors are related to the incidence of Regurgitation in PMB Midwife I. This research is a type of Analytical Survey research with a type of Cross Sectional research design. Analytical Survey Research is a type of research that tries to explore how and why the phenomenon can occur. The method in this study aims to identify factors associated with the incidence of Regurgitation in PMB Midwife I. The results showed that as many as 25 babies experienced regurgitation within normal limits, which occurred 1-4 times a day. Bivariate test shows that there is one variable associated with the incidence of Regurgitation, namely the relationship between breastfeeding position and pvalue of 0.006 (0.0060.05) Mothers who have infants between 2-3 months as many as 21 people (70.0%), mothers with breastfeeding positions in the good category as many as 18 people (60.0%). Mothers who provided this type of nutrition came from breast milk as many as 19 people (63.3%). Infants who experienced regurgitation in the normal category were 25 people (83.3%). There is no relationship between infant age and regurgitation incidence in PMB Midwife I, There is a relationship between maternal breastfeeding position and regurgitation incidence in PMB Midwife, There is no nutrition/nutrition relationship with regurgitation incidence in PMB Midwife I.
