STRATEGI LEMBAGA MASYARAKAT (KORMI) DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT MASYARAKAT DAN PRESTASI CABANG OLAHRAGA PETANQUE

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Strategi yang diterapkan KORMI pada Bidang Prestasi, Setiap Pemimpin mempunyai Strategi yang berbeda untuk mensejahterakan anggotanya terutama wakil kepala 2 bidang prestasi mempunyai Strategi tersendiri agar atlet cabang olahraga Petanque mendapatkan Prestasi dari berbagai turnamen baik tingkat Kabupaten maupun nasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode Pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian wawancara secara mendalam, dan Observasi tidak langsung melalui media elektronik yaitu Handphone, Subjek penelitian adalah wakil kepala 2 Bidang Prestasi Sport Science dan Atlet cabang olah raga Petanque, Orang kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah wakil kepala 2 bidang prestasi Sport Science. Strategi KORMI pada wakil kepala 2 Bidang Prestasi Konsentrasi Sport Science ialah salah satunya meningkatkan performa dan kemampuan pelatih karena peran pelatih sangat berpengaruh pada performa atlet Petanque itu sendiri dan meningkatkan kinerja atlit dengan melaksanaksn turnamen yang terorganisir.

This research aims to find out and analyze the strategy applied by KORMI to the Deputy Head 2 for Achievement, Sport Science Concentration. Each leader has a different strategy to improve the welfare of his members, especially the Deputy Head 2 for Achievement has his own strategy so that athletes in the Petanque sport get achievements from various tournaments. both district and national levels. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach, the data collection method used was an in-depth interview research method, and indirect observation via electronic media, namely cellphones. The research subjects were the deputy heads of 2 Sports Science Achievement Divisions and Petanque sports athletes, key people in This research is the deputy head of 2 Sports Science achievement areas. KORMI's strategy for deputy head 2 of the Sports Science Concentration Achievement Sector is one of improving the performance and abilities of coaches because the role of the coach is very influential on the performance of the Petanque athletes themselves and improves the athletes' performance by holding organized tournaments.
