PERHITUNGAN DESAIN PLAT DAN TANGGA SERTA RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA PADA GEDUNG GEREJA LAHAIROI HATIVE BESAR

Abstrak

Perencanaan merupakan salah satu fungsi vital dalam kegiatan manajemen proyek. Keberhasilan kontsruksi diawali dan sangat ditentukan dengan berhasil tidaknya untuk menyusun landasannya, yaitu berupa perencanaan yang lengkap dan matang. Struktur yang direncanakan adalah gedung gereja 3 lantai. berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh tulangan pelat lantai Ø10-190 tumpuan arah x, Ø10-250 tumpuan arah y, Ø10-190 lapangan arah x, Ø10-250 lapangan arah y ; tangga (4m x 7m) tulangan tumpuan dan lapangan D12-200 balok bordes dengan tulangan tumpuan atas/bawah: 2D 13 mm, tulangan lapangan atas/bawah: 2D 13 mm dan tulangan geser: Ø8 – 200. Tujuan penulisan proposal tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui dimensi pelat lantai dan tangga pembangunan Gedung Gereja Lahairoi, Hative Besar. Hasil dari perhitungan biaya pekerjaan pelat lantai dan tangga sebesar Rp 19.090.103.

Planning is one of the vital functions in project management activities. The success of construction begins and is largely determined by the success or failure of preparing the foundation, namely in the form of complete and thorough planning. The planned structure is a 3-storey church building. Based on the calculation results, it is obtained that the floor plate reinforcement is Ø10-190 support in the x direction, Ø10-250 support in the y direction, Ø10-190 pitch in the x direction, Ø10-250 pitch in the y direction; stairs (4m x 7m) support and field reinforcement D12-200 landing beam with top/bottom support reinforcement: 2D 13 mm, top/bottom field reinforcement: 2D 13 mm and shear reinforcement: Ø8 – 200. The purpose of writing this final project proposal is to determine the dimensions of the floor plates and stairs for the construction of the Lahairoi Church Building, Hative Besar. The results of calculating the cost of floor slabs and stairs are Rp. 19,090,103.
