ANALISIS SISTEM PUSAT PELAYANAN PERMUKIMAN DI KABUPATEN TANAH BUMBU TAHUN 2024
Abstrak
Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu yang merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu terletak persis di ujung tenggara Pulau Kalimantan. memiliki laju pertumbuhan penduduk yang pesat sehingga dalam penentuan fungsi kawasan perlu memperhatikan kelengkapan pembangunan fasilitas. Lokasi dalam penentuan pusat permukiman terletak pada 12 Kecamatan di kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengindentifikasi ketersediaan sarana untuk mengetahui sebaran permukiman, selain itu menganalisis sistem pusat-pusat permukiman. Analisis ini memakai metode spasial dan metode kombinasi (kuantitatif-kualitatif) dengan menggunakan indeks sentralitas. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, Kecamatan Simpang Empat dan Kecamatan Batulicin, memiliki ketersediaan sarana yang cukup banyak dibandingkan Kecamatan lain, sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis disetiap kecamatan memiliki pusat pelayanan kawasan, pusat pelayanan lingkungan, dan beberapa sub pusat pelayanan Kawasan tersendiri.
Tanah Bumbu Regency which is one of the regencies in South Kalimantan Province. Tanah Bumbu Regency is located right at the southeastern tip of Kalimantan Island. It has a rapid population growth rate so that in determining the function of the area, it is necessary to pay attention to the completeness of facility development. The location in determining the settlement center is located in 12 sub-districts in Tanah Bumbu district. The purpose of this study is to identify the availability of means to determine the distribution settlements, additionally analyzing the system of settlement centers. This analysis uses spatial methods and combination methods (quantitative-qualitative) using the centrality index. Based on this research, Simpang Empat District and Batulicin District, have the availability of facilities that are quite a lot compared to other sub-districts, while based on the results of the analysis each sub-district has a regional service center, an environmental service center, and several sub-regional service centers Its own.
