PENERAPAN FUNGSI MANAJEMEN DALAM PENGELOLAAN ZAKAT DI BAZNAS KABUPATEN MUARO JAMBI

Abstrak

This research aims to examine the implementation of management functions in managing zakat in Baznas, Muaro Jambi Regency. Knowing the application of management functions in zakat management at BAZNAS Muaro Jambi Regency and the factors inhibiting and supporting the implementation of management functions in zakat management at BAZNAS Muaro Jambi Regency. The research results obtained revealed that the implementation of management functions in zakat management in BAZNAS Muaro Jambi Regency and the factors inhibiting and supporting the implementation of management functions in zakat management in BAZNAS Muaro Jambi Regency are proven by the results of observations and interviews with researchers at BAZNAS Muaro Jambi Regency, Jenis This research is descriptive qualitative and the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The informants in this research were the chairman of Baznas, deputy chairman I, deputy chairman II and executive. Meanwhile, data validity techniques include extending researcher participation and triangulation. The results of this research were found to be: 1) Application of Management functions in managing Zakat. a) Planning. b) Implementation c) Monitoring and d) Evaluation. 2) Supporting factors, namely: a) the community's desire to pay zakat is very high c) supporting funds d) cooperation with the government and the reduction of poor people in Muaro Jambi Regency. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is a) lack of Human Resources. b) lack of facilities and infrastructure to support BAZNAS activities.
