ANALISA FAKTOR-FAKTOR MOTIVASI KERJA PADA PEKERJA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG RUMAH SAKIT PRATAMA DESA HITU KABUPATEN MALUKU TENGAH

Abstrak

Pembangunan Gedung Rumah Sakit Pratama di Desa Hitu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, diambil untuk menjadi objek pada penelitian ini karena berdasarkan masalah yang terjadi pada proyek yaitu dimana pada saat melakukan penelitian ditemui bahwa tenaga kerja sering datang tidak tepat waktu dan para pekerja sering beristirahat pada jam kerja sehingga hal tersebut akan sangat berdampak terhadap progress pekerjaan. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas diperlukan suatu metode yang tepat agar dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan, uji validasi, uji reliabilitas, uji F dan Uji T menggunakan bantuan Program SPSS versi 26 for windows dimana pada metode ini akan didapatkan data hasil kueisioner yang kemudian akan dianalisis dengan alat bantu Program SPSS versi 26 for windows.Hasil Penelitian diperoleh Berdasarkan hasil analisa data yang telah dilakukan, maka diperoleh: 1) Pengaruh yang positif antara upah yang adil dan layak (X1) terhadap Motivasi kerja (Y) terlihat dari t hitung 3,779 > t tabel  2,059 dan nilai sig = 0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa upah yang adil dan layak (X1) sangat berpengaruh dalam mempengaruhi motivasi kerja(Y). 2) Pengaruh yang positif antara kebutuhan akan prestasi (X2) terhadap motivasi kerja (Y) terlihat dari t hitung 3,005 > t tabel 2,059 dan nilai sig = 0,006 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa kebutuhan akan prestasi (X2) sangat berpengaruh dalam mempengaruhi motivasi kerja (Y). 3) Pengaruh yang positif antara kebutuhan fisiologis (X3) terhadap motivasi kerja (Y) terlihat dari t hitung 2,420 > t tabel 2,059 dan nilai sig = 0,023 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa kebutuhan fisiologis (X3) sangat berpengaruh dalam mempengaruhi motivasi kerja (Y). 4) Pengaruh yang positif antara kebutuhan sosial (X4) terhadap motivasi kerja (Y) terlihat dari t hitung 2,406 > t tabel 2,059 dan nilai sig = 0,024 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa kebutuhan sosial (X4) sangat berpengaruh dalam mempengaruhi motivasi kerja (Y).

The construction of the Pratama Hospital Building in Hitu Village, Central Maluku Regency, was taken to be the object of this study because it was based on the problems that occurred in the project, namely when conducting research it was found that workers often did not come on time and workers often rested during working hours so This will greatly affect the progress of the work. Based on the background above, an appropriate method is needed to solve the problem.The method used in this study is validation test, reliability test, F test and T test using the help of the SPSS program version 26 for windows where in this method data will be obtained from the questionnaire results which will then be analyzed with the tools of the SPSS program version 26 for windows.Research results obtained Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained: 1) The positive influence between fair and decent wages (X1) on work motivation (Y) can be seen from t count 3.779 > t table 2.059 and sig = 0.001 <0 .05 which means that fair and decent wages (X1) are very influential in influencing work motivation (Y). 2) The positive influence between the need for achievement (X2) on work motivation (Y) can be seen from t count 3.005 > t table 2.059 and sig value = 0.006 <0.05 which means that the need for achievement (X2) is very influential in influencing motivation work (Y). 3) The positive effect of physiological needs (X3) on work motivation (Y) can be seen from t count 2.420 > t table 2.059 and sig = 0.023 <0.05 which means that physiological needs (X3) are very influential in influencing work motivation (Y). 4) The positive influence of social needs (X4) on work motivation (Y) can be seen from t count 2.406 > t table 2.059 and sig = 0.024 <0.05 which means that social needs (X4) are very influential in influencing work motivation (Y).
