ANALISIS KAPASITAS APRON SAAT JAM SIBUK (PEAK HOURS) DI BANDAR UDARA SUPADIO PONTIANAK

Kapasitas apron di Bandar Udara Supadio Pontianak sangat terbatas, dengan semakin padatnya lonjakan penumpang dapat mengakibatkan semakin bertambahnya penerbangan komersil, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan aktivitas penerbangan di apron semakin padat. Hal ini tentu menyebabkan dampak seperti penundaan penerbangan (delay) dikarenakan terjadinya antrian antar pesawat udara yang ingin lepas landas ataupun mendarat yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian bagi maskapai sehingga berdampak pada bandara, adanya antrian tersebut juga dapat mengakitbakan perbedaan antara perencanaan daily flight schedule yang telah dibuat dalam penempatan parking stand pesawat udara oleh pihak Apron Movement Control (AMC). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah pergerakan pesawat, besar kapasitas apron, berapa persentase jumlah pergerakan pesawat, dan berapa jumlah pergerakan pesawat yang dapat ditampung apron dalam 1 jam pada saat jam sibuk (peak hours). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan persamaan JICA/Japan International Corporation Agency (1991). Pada bulan Januari 2023 jumlah pergerakan pesawat saat jam puncak (peak hours) terhitung 3 pesawat udara per jam, dengan kapasitas pergerakan pesawat yang dapat ditampung apron terhitung 4 pesawat udara per jam. Adapun rata – rata persentase jumlah pergerakan pesawat dalam kurun waktu Oktober 2022 – September 2023 terhitung sebesar 2,22%, hasil persentase tersebut didapatkan karena jumlah pergerakan pesawat per jam nya melebihi kapasitas jam puncak nya.

This will have an impact such as a delay due to the occurrence of a connection between aircraft that want to take off or land, which can cause losses to the airline and affect the airport, the presence of the suspension can also compensate for the difference between the daily flight schedules that have been made in the aircraft's parking stand placement by Apron Movement Control (AMC). The aim of this study is to determine the number of aircraft movements, the size of the flight capacity, the percentage of the aircraft movement, and the amount of flight movements that can be accommodated in an hour during the peak hours.This research uses quantitative research methods and the JICA/Japan International Corporation Agency (1991) equation. In January 2023 the number of aircraft movements at peak hours was counted 3 aircraft per hour, with the capacity of the aircraft that can be accommodated counted 4 airplanes per hour. As for the average percentage of the total aircraft movement in the course of October 2022 – September 2023 is counted at 2.22%, the percentages are obtained because the amount of airplane movements per hour exceeds its peak capacity.
