In the digital era that demands fast-paced collaboration and work transparency, the Agile methodology has become a widely adopted approach in software development. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using Trello as a task management tool within the Agile framework. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method through direct observation of Trello usage in a simulated small-team project, combined with a literature review of relevant sources. The findings indicate that Trello effectively supports Agile processes such as sprint planning, backlog tracking, and daily task monitoring in a visual and collaborative manner. Key features like boards, lists, cards, labels, and checklists facilitate coordination and help minimize miscommunication within teams. Although Trello has limitations in terms of built-in reporting and analytics, it is still considered an effective and flexible tool, particularly for small to medium-scale projects. These findings reinforce the perspective that visual-based digital tools like Trello can successfully integrate Agile principles into daily team workflows.
