Labor productivity is an important aspect of construction project implementation because it affects the achievement of project targets in terms of time, cost, and quality. This study employed a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through field observations and questionnaires distributed to 20 respondents consisting of field workers, equipment operators, foremen, contractors, and consultants directly involved in the asphalt patching work. Labor productivity was calculated by comparing the work volume with the number of workers and effective working hours. Meanwhile, the factors related to labor productivity were analyzed using descriptive analysis based on mean scores. Prior to the analysis, the research instrument was tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that the average labor productivity in asphalt patching work using Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) was 0.663 tons/hour/worker, with the highest productivity of 0.947 tons/hour/worker and the lowest productivity of 0.458 tons/hour/worker. Based on the descriptive analysis, the labor factor obtained the highest mean score of 22.45, followed by project management (21.90), work method (20.50), work environment (18.10), and material factor (15.95). These findings indicate that aspects related to workers' skills, experience, discipline, motivation, and physical condition received the highest assessment among the factors examined in this study
