PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KERJASAMA TIM TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERIKANAN DAN KELAUTAN KABUPATEN BIMA)

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai dinas perikanan dan kelautan kabupaten Bima, metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian asosiatif , sampel penelitian ini yaitu seluruh PNS pada kantor dinas perikanan dan kelautan kota bima berjumlah 62 orang ,dengan tehnik sampling yang digunakan.Purposive sampling, alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji Multikolienaritas, uji Autokorelasi,uji t,  uji f, uji koofisien determinasi, yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai Dinas perikanan dan kelautan Kabupaten Bima, Adakah pengaruh secara parsial antara Kerja sama tim terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai Dinas perikanan dan kelautan kabupaten bima Adakah pengaruh secara simultan budaya orgnisasi dan kerjasama tim secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai dinas perikanan dan kelautan kabupaten Bima.

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and teamwork on the work motivation of employees of the fisheries and marine department of Bima district, the research method used is associative research, the sample for this research is all civil servants at the Bima city fisheries and marine department office totaling 62 people, using the technique sampling used. Purposive sampling, the analytical tools used are the classical assumption test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, t test, f test, coefficient of determination test, which aims to analyze whether there is a partial influence between organizational culture on the work motivation of employees of the fisheries and marine department of Bima Regency. Is there a partial influence between teamwork on the work motivation of employees of the fisheries and marine department of Bima Regency?Is there a simultaneous influence of organizational culture and teamwork on the work motivation of Bima district fisheries and marine officials
