PENGARUH KARAKTER PEMIMPIN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA ANGGOTA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Karakter pemimpin dan Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota pada Organisasi Dewan perwakilan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas UPN “ Veteran” Yogyakarta periode 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota pengurus Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta periode 2024. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sampel nonprobabiliti. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui melalui metode kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistic versi 29.0.2.0 (20). Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan uji valititas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas,uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji f), analisis regresi berganda, dan koefisien determinasi ( R2). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa karakter pemimpin dan motivasi bersignifikan positif terhadap kinerja anggota pengurus Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta periode 2024. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap bagaimana anggota dapat memberikan kinerja yang optimal agar tujuan organisasi dapat dicapai.

This study aims to test whether the character of the leader and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of members in the Student Representative Council Organization of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta period 2024. This study uses a type of quantitative research with survey methods. The population in this study were members of the management of the Student Representative Council of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UPN “Veteran” University of Yogyakarta period 2024. The sampling method used in this study is nonprobabiliti sample. Data collection techniques through through the questionnaire method. This research uses IBM SPSS Statistic software version 29.0.2.0 (20). In this study, the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), multiple regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results prove that the character of the leader and motivation have a positive significance on the performance of the members of the Student Representative Council of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UPN “Veteran” University of Yogyakarta for the 2024 period. The results of this study have implications for how members can provide optimal performance so that organizational goals can be achieved.
