ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesulitan siswa parulian Medan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, sumber data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan angket. Serta studi literatur karya tulis seperti jurnal, buku dan karya tulis lainnya sebagai pendukung data dalam peranangan solusi atas permasalahan yang ditemukan dalma jurnal ini, sehingga diperoleh hasil penelitian yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian yang tercapai. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan bebrapa data yang menjadi permasalahan penelitian diantaranya: (1) di SD Parulian 1 Medan Guru kurang optimal mengelola proses pembelajaran, dikarenakan banyaknya kelas untuk mata pelajaran yang dilaksanakan di sekolah tersebut. (2) Siswa di SD Parulian 1 Medan sering mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar, Dan bagaimana bagi seorang guru mengatasi kesulitan yang sering terjadi di dalam kelas seperti ini. (3) Siswa Di SD Parulian 1 Medan sering mengalami kendala disaat belaar dengan alat sarana prasarana yang tersedia didalam kelas mereka yang terbatas, untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini diperlukan kreativitas guru dalam merancang solusi yang relevan, serta diperlukan juga keterlibatan orang tua dan pihak lainnya dalam mendukung aktivitas dan kegiatan siswa di Sekolah.
ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the difficulties of Medan Parulian students. The research approach used is a qualitative approach, research data sources were obtained through observation, interviews and questionnaires. As well as literature studies of written works such as journals, books and other written works as supporting data in designing solutions to problems found in this journal, so that research results are obtained that are relevant to the achieved research objectives. Based on the research carried out, several data were found that became research problems, including: (1) at SD Parulian 1 Medan, teachers were not managing the learning process optimally, due to the large number of classes for subjects held at the school. (2) Students at SD Parulian 1 Medan often experience difficulties in learning, and how does a teacher overcome the difficulties that often occur in classes like this? (3) Students at SD Parulian 1 Medan often experience problems when learning with the limited infrastructure and facilities available in their classes. To overcome this problem, teacher creativity is needed in designing relevant solutions, and involvement of parents and other parties is also needed in supporting activities and activities of students at school.
