ANALISIS PERAN PENGGUNAAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENDUKUNG MANAJEMEN DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI DAN EFEKTIVITAS TRANSAKSI BISNIS DI KECAMATAN BENGKALIS

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran penggunaan sistem informasi pendukung manajemen dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas transaksi bisnis di Kecamatan Bengkalis. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bagaimana implementasi sistem informasi pendukung manajemen telah memengaruhi proses transaksi bisnis di wilayah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sistem informasi telah memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan di berbagai sektor bisnis di Kecamatan Bengkalis. Implikasi temuan ini adalah perlunya peningkatan investasi dan pemeliharaan sistem informasi pendukung manajemen untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan pengembangan bisnis di kecamatan Bengkalis.

This study aims to analyze the role of the use of management support information systems in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business transactions in the Bengkalis District. Through a qualitative approach and primary data collected through interviews with relevant stakeholders, this study identifies how the implementation of management support information systems has affected the business transaction processes in the region. The results of the study indicate that the use of information systems has positively contributed to increasing operational efficiency and the effectiveness of decision-making in various business sectors in the Bengkalis District. The implications of these findings are the need for increased investment and maintenance of management support information systems to support business growth and development in the Bengkalis District.
