PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA POLRI DALAM ORGANISASI KEPOLISIAN DI KOTA BEKASI

Abstrak

Kepolisian merupakan suatu organisasi yang memiliki tugas dalam menjaga keamanan serta ketertiban masyarakat, serta mempunyai otoritas yang sesuai sebagaimana diatur dalam undang-undang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja polri dalam organisasi kepolisian di Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Dalam proses pengumpulan informasi, peneliti berkonsultasi dengan jurnal nasional, situs web, buku, dan artikel yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Motivasi sangat berperan penting dalam peningkatan kinerja pada anggota polri kota Bekasi. Hal tersebut bisa dilihat dari Peningkatan kinerja anggota polisi yang menyelesaikan tugasnya. Adapun beberapa faktor yang bisa menimbulkan motivasi para anggota polri yakni kebutuhan akan prestasi, kekuasaan, dan afiliasi, budaya organisasi, peningkatan pangkat.

The police is an organization that has the task of maintaining security and protecting the community, and has the appropriate authority as regulated in law. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of work motivation on the performance of the police in the police organization in Bekasi City. The research method used in this research is literature study. In the process of gathering information, researchers consulted national journals, websites, books, and articles related to the research topic. Motivation is very important in improving the performance of Bekasi City Police officers. This can be seen from the increase in the performance of the police officers who completed it. There are several factors that can give rise to the motivation of police officers, namely the need for achievement, power and affiliation, organizational culture, and promotion.
