The COVID-19 pandemic significantly disrupted Indonesia's logistics system, causing delivery delays, a decline in export volumes, increased logistics costs, and e-commerce disruptions. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review to assess these impacts and the recovery strategies implemented. The findings reveal the adoption of digital technology, enhanced collaboration, and operational flexibility as key adaptive responses. Recovery strategies include improving infrastructure, strengthening digital technology, diversifying supply chains, developing human resources, and government policy support. Implementing these strategies is expected to make Indonesia's logistics system more resilient and adaptable to future crises, supporting sustainable economic growth.
