Abstrak

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara ibadah dan tingkat stres akademik. Ibadah dalam konteks ini mencakup aktivitas keagamaan seperti shalat, meditasi, atau ritual spiritual lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei terhadap sampel pelajar sampai mahasiswa dari berbagai latar belakang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang menilai frekuensi ibadah dan tingkat stres subjek. Analisis statistik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi korelasi antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat partisipasi dalam ibadah dan tingkat stres yang dialami. Individu yang secara teratur melakukan ibadah cenderung memiliki tingkat stres yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan yang kurang aktif dalam aktivitas keagamaan.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between religious observance and stress academic. Worship in this context includes religious activities such as prayer, meditation, or other spiritual rituals. The research method used was a survey of a sample of students from various religious backgrounds at a college. Data were collected through a questionnaire that assessed the frequency of religious observance and the subjects' stress levels. Statistical analysis was used to identify the correlation between these variables. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of participation in religious observance and the level of stress experienced by students. Students who regularly perform religious observances tend to have lower stress levels compared to those who are less active in religious activities. The implications of these findings can provide a basis for introducing or enhancing religious programs on campus as a strategy to manage student stress. This study also provides a foundation for further research on how religious practices can affect students' mental well-being in the future.
