PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN OUTSOURCING

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Outsourcing. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap PT. Yudita Teratai Cakti, berdasarkan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 orang yang di peroleh melalui metode sample jenuh yang menjadi objek penelitian ini. Hasil analisis pada uji t untuk variabel Motivasi (2,116 > 2,014) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,040 < 0,05, variabel Disiplin Kerja (4,975 > 2,0140 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Uji simultan dengan nilai f hitung = (26,147 > 3,20) hal ini juga diperkuat dengan nilai probability signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hal tersebut membuktikan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara signifikan.
This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of outsourcing employees. The research was conducted at PT. Yudita Teratai Cakti, with a sample size of 48 individuals, selected using a saturated sampling method. These participants served as the research subjects. The results of the t-test analysis for the Motivation variable show a t-value of 2.116, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.014 (2.116 > 2.014), with a significance level of 0.040, which is less than 0.05 (0.040 < 0.05). For the Work Discipline variable, the t-value is 4.975, which is also greater than 2.014 (4.975 > 2.014), with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The simultaneous test (F-test) shows an F-calculated value of 26.147, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.20 (26.147 > 3.20), further supported by a probability significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). These findings prove that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This indicates that there is a significant influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance.
