Abstrak

The welfare factor is one of the causes of teacher competence in improving its quality, because the more prosperous the higher the level of competence. Thus the way to increase achievement, motivation, and job satisfaction is to provide compensation so that various kinds of human needs are met so that it will cause satisfaction in carrying out any task. This is clearly related to the purpose of the Teacher Professional Allowance (TPP) for teachers where the Teacher Professional Profession (TPP) program is an effort to improve teacher professionalism. So because of the existence of the Professional Educator Allowance (TPP) of this teacher there will be an impact on the responsibility of the teacher as an educator.The approach of this research is quantitative research. Quantitative research is research focused on the study of objective phenomena to be studied quantitatively. In research data collection is done by using a questionnaire, then the data analysis is done quantitatively. The results of this study are the Professional Allowance for Educators (TPP) greatly affect four teacher competencies, namely; personality competence, pedagogical competence, social competence, professional competence. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneously) it can be seen that the recipient of TPP (X) together has a significant positive effect on teacher competence (Y) in MI Nahdlatul Ulama Kraksaan. Because the value of Fcount> Ftable, 304.580> 3.06 and the significant level obtained 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis (Ha5) which states that TPP recipients simultaneously influence the competence of MI Nahdlatul Ulama Kraksaan teacher competence can be accepted.
