FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KETERLAMBATAN PENDISTRIBUSIAN DOKUMEN REKAM MEDIS KE POLI KLINIK RAWAT JALAN DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH DR. ADNAAN WD PAYAKUMBUH TAHUN 2024

Abstrak

Distribusi rekam medis adalah proses pengangkutan rekam medis ketempat- tempat yang memerlukan rekam medis. Pada pelayanan rekam medis standar untuk waktu pendistribusian dokumen rekam medis pelayanan rawat jalan kurang dari atau sama dengan 10 menit (≤ 10 menit). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan pendistribusian dokumen rekam medis ke poliklinik di RSUD dr. Adnaan WD Payakumbuh. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Informan Penelitian berjumlah 4 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah berdasarkan pedoman observasi dan wawancara. Analisi data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jumlah petugas yang sedikit, tidak adanya pelatihan, adanya rangkap tugas, status yang hilang, jarak antar poli yang cukup jauh, serta gangguan pada jaringan, komputer dan downtime menjadi permasalahan utama dalam keterlambatan distribusi. Kesimpulan nya faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan pendistribusian dokumen rekam medis ke poliklinik rawat jalan di RSUD dr. Adnaan WD Payakumbuh yakninya Man, Methode, dan Machine.

Distribution of medical records is the process of transporting medical records to places that require medical records. In standard medical record services, the distribution time for outpatient medical record documents is less than or equal to 10 minutes (≤ 10 minutes). Distribution of medical record documents must be done properly and quickly. Otherwise, it will affect the process of distributing medical record documents to polyclinics. Delays in the distribution of medical record documents have an impact on medical record services and other services. Such as assembling, coding, indexing activities, and can increase the risk of loss or damage to medical record documents. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the delay in the distribution of medical record documents to polyclinics at RSUD dr. Adnaan WD Payakumbuh. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive method. The number of research informants was 4 people. The data collection method used was based on observation and interview guidelines. The data analysis used was data reduction, data presentation and drawing verification conclusions. The results of the study showed that the small number of officers, lack of training, dual duties, missing status, work not in accordance with SOP, the distance between polyclinics is quite far, as well as network, computer and downtime disruptions are the main problems in the delay in distribution. In conclusion, the factors that influence the delay in the distribution of medical record documents to the outpatient polyclinic at RSUD dr. Adnaan WD Payakumbuh are Man, Method, and Machine.
