Abstrak

Skripsi ini membahas tentang Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Giving Questions And Geting Answer Untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Belajar Siswa Di Kelas V SD Negeri 80/VII Muara Cuban I. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan belajar Siswa kelas V pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila melalui strategi pembelajaran Giving Question and Getting Answer di SD Negeri 80/VII Muara Cuban I. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Berdasarkan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) kelas V berjumlah 20 orang siswa di SD Negeri 80/VII Muara Cuban I, bahwa ada peningkatan keaktifan belajar dalam menggunakan strategi Giving Question And Getting Answer.berdasarkan kriteria KKTP Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dibandingkan dengan tahap prasiklus. Pada tahap prasiklus, persentase angket menunjukkan angka  48%, sementara hasil pengamatan menunjukkan 22,50%, sehingga rata-rata keaktifan belajar Siswa sebesar 35%.Pada siklus I, hasil angket menunjukkan peningkatan menjadi 65%, dan pengamatan keaktifan Siswa mencapai 66,25%. Rata-rata keaktifan Siswa berdasarkan kedua data tersebut adalah 66%. Adapun capaian tiap indikator keaktifan pada siklus I tindakan I yaitu: aktivitas visual sebesar 67,50%, aktivitas lisan 67,50%, aktivitas mendengarkan 66,25%, aktivitas menulis 61,25%, dan aktivitas mental 68,75%. Sedangkan pada tindakan II dalam siklus I, hasil pengamatan menunjukkan kenaikan ke 70%, dengan rincian indikator: aktivitas visual 72,50%, aktivitas lisan 72,50%, aktivitas mendengarkan 70,00%, aktivitas menulis 71,25%, dan aktivitas mental 73,75%. Berdasarkan data angket dan hasil pengamatan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keaktifan belajar Siswa mengalami peningkatan dari 35% pada prasiklus menjadi 66% pada siklus I. Hasil persentase keaktifan belajar PPKn Siswa pada siklus II berdasarkan data angket mencapai 80,5%, sementara hasil pengamatan menunjukkan angka 78,25%. Rata-rata keaktifan Siswa pada tindakan I dalam siklus II adalah 78%, dengan rincian capaian indikator sebagai berikut: aktivitas visual 78,75%, aktivitas lisan 83,75%, aktivitas mendengarkan 72,50%, aktivitas menulis 78,75%, dan aktivitas mental 77,50%. Sedangkan pada tindakan II dalam siklus yang sama, hasil pengamatan meningkat menjadi 81,50% dengan rincian: aktivitas visual 82,50%, aktivitas lisan 86,25%, aktivitas mendengarkan 77,50%, aktivitas menulis 81,25%, dan aktivitas mental 80,00%. Jika dirata-ratakan, maka keaktifan Siswa pada siklus II mencapai 79%, menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dari siklus I yang sebesar 66,25%. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan di kelas V SD Negeri 80/VII Muara Cuban I, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) secara signifikan meningkatkan keaktifan belajar Siswa dalam mata pelajaran PPKn. Keaktifan belajar meningkat dari rata-rata 35% pada prasiklus, menjadi 66% pada siklus I, dan mencapai 79% pada siklus II. Indikator peningkatan mencakup aktivitas visual, lisan, mendengarkan, menulis, dan mental yang menunjukkan tren positif di setiap tindakan.

This thesis discusses the Implementation of Giving Questions and Getting Answer Learning Strategy to Improve Students' Learning Activity in Class V of SD Negeri 80/VII Muara Cuban I. The Purpose of This Research To determine the increase in students' learning activity in class V in Pancasila Education learning through the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning strategy in SD Negeri 80/VII Muara Cuban I. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). Based on the classroom action research (CAR) of class V totaling 20 students in SD Negeri 80/VII Muara Cuban I, there was an increase in learning activity in using the Giving Question and Getting Answer strategy. Based on the KKTP criteria, the results of the study in cycle I showed an increase compared to the pre-cycle stage. At the pre-cycle stage, the percentage of the questionnaire showed a figure of 48%, while the observation results showed 22.50%, so that the average student learning activity was 35%. In cycle I, the questionnaire results showed an increase to 65%, and observations of student activity reached 66.25%. The average student activity based on the two data is 66%. The achievement of each activity indicator in cycle I action I is: visual activity of 67.50%, oral activity of 67.50%, listening activity of 66.25%, writing activity of 61.25%, and mental activity of 68.75%. While in action II in cycle I, the observation results showed an increase to 70%, with details of the indicators: visual activity of 72.50%, oral activity of 72.50%, listening activity of 70.00%, writing activity of 71.25%, and mental activity of 73.75%. Based on the questionnaire data and the results of the observations, it can be concluded that the student's learning activity has increased from 35% in the pre-cycle to 66% in cycle I. The results of the percentage of student PPKn learning activity in cycle II based on the questionnaire data reached 80.5%, while the observation results showed a figure of 78.25%. The average student activity in action I in cycle II was 78%, with the following details of indicator achievements: visual activity 78.75%, oral activity 83.75%, listening activity 72.50%, writing activity 78.75%, and mental activity 77.50%. While in action II in the same cycle, the observation results increased to 81.50% with details: visual activity 82.50%, oral activity 86.25%, listening activity 77.50%, writing activity 81.25%, and mental activity 80.00%. If averaged, then the student's activity in cycle II reached 79%, showing a significant increase from cycle I which was 66.25%. Conclusion Based on the results of classroom action research conducted in class V of SD Negeri 80/VII Muara Cuban I, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) strategy significantly increased student learning activity in PPKn subjects. Learning activity increased from an average of 35% in the pre-cycle, to 66% in cycle I, and reached 79% in cycle II. Indicators of improvement include visual, oral, listening, writing, and mental activities that show a positive trend in each action.
