Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi perencanaan strategis di lembaga pendidikan Islam: bagaimana dirumuskan, dilaksanakan, dan dievaluasi, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilannya. Tahapan seperti analisis internal-eksternal, visi-misi, strategi, dan evaluasi muncul secara umum, namun kualitas dan kedalaman tiap tahap berbeda antar lembaga. Kepemimpinan visioner, komitmen organisasi, partisipasi anggota, dan sumber daya memadai menjadi pendukung utama; sedangkan kurangnya koordinasi, keterbatasan dana dan kemampuan, serta hambatan budaya menjadi penghalang. Dengan strategi yang efektif, lembaga melaporkan peningkatan mutu layanan, budaya kolaboratif, serta efisiensi melalui monitoring dan evaluasi.
This study explores strategic planning in Islamic educational institutions: how it is formulated, implemented, and evaluated, and the factors influencing its success. Stages such as internal-external analysis, vision-mission, strategy, and evaluation emerge as common features, but the quality and depth of each stage vary across institutions. Visionary leadership, organizational commitment, member participation, and adequate resources are key enablers; while lack of coordination, limited funding and capacity, and cultural barriers are barriers. With effective strategies, institutions report improvements in service quality, collaborative culture, and efficiency through monitoring and evaluation.
