PENGARUH STRES KERJA, BEBAN KERJA, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT DI INSTALASI RAWAT JALAN RSPPN SOEDIRMAN

Abstrak

This study was conducted at RSPPN Soedirman using a quantitative approach and descriptive analysis techniques. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work stress, workload, and job satisfaction on the performance of nurses in the Outpatient Installation of RSPPN Soedirman. The research sample consisted of 40 nurses, selected using a saturated sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method through the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of the study indicate that work stress has a negative effect on performance, workload has a negative effect on performance, and job satisfaction has a positive effect on the performance of nurses at RSPPN Soedirman.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSPPN Soedirman dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik analisis deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSPPN Soedirman. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 40 perawat yang ditentukan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perawat di RSPPN Soedirman.
