EFIKASI DIRI DAN KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOLOGIS PADA GURU HONORER SEKOLAH DASAR DI AMBARAWA

Abstrak

Kesejahteraan psikologis memiliki dampak positif terhadap guru honorer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru honorer Sekolah Dasar di Ambarawa. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 42 guru honorer di Ambarawa dengan menggunakan teknik saturation sampling atau sampling jenuh. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Norwegian Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale (NTSES) untuk mengukur efikasi diri dan Ryff’s Psychological Well-being Scale untuk mengukur kesejahteraan psikologis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Spearman rank coefficient corelation dari Spearman. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar r=0,713 dengan nilai p sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru honorer sekolah dasar di Ambarawa.

Psychological well-being has a positive impact on honorary teachers. This study aims to identify the relationship between self-efficacy and psychological well-being in honorary elementary school teachers in Ambarawa. The participants of this study amounted to 42 honorary teachers in Ambarawa using saturation sampling technique. The data collection instrument used the Norwegian Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale (NTSES) to measure self-efficacy and Ryff's Psychological Well-being Scale to measure psychological well-being. The data analysis technique used was Spearman's rank coefficient correlation. Based on the results of data analysis, a correlation coefficient of r=0.713 was obtained with a p value of 0.000 (p<0.05). These results indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and psychological well-being in honorary elementary school teachers in Ambarawa.
