ANALISIS DESAIN RUANG KERJA ERGONOMIS DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE DENGAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SEBAGAI INTERVERNING YANG DIDUKUNG CO-WORKER SUPPORT

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peran desain ruang kerja ergonomis terhadap employee engagement dampaknya terhadap employee performance yang didukung co-worker support. Responden penelitian ini karyawan PT. Property Developer Semarang. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuisioner yang diisi secara oleh 100 responden dengan teknik simple random sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampelnya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang dihitung mengguakan program SMART-PLS 3.2.9. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Desain ruang kerja ergonomis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. 2. Employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance. 3. Employee engagement memediasi pengaruh desain ruang kerja ergonomis terhadap employee performance, dan 4. Co-worker support memoderasi pengaruh employee engagement terhadap employee performance.
This study aims to determine the role of ergonomic workspace design on employee engagement and its impact on employee performance supported by co- worker support. The respondents of this study were employees of PT. Property Developer Semarang. Data were collected through a questionnaire method filled out by 100 respondents with a simple random sampling technique as the sampling method. The analysis method used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis calculated using the SMART-PLS 3.2.9 program. The results of the hypothesis testing show that: 1. Ergonomic workspace design has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. 2. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3. Employee engagement mediates the effect of ergonomic workspace design on employee performance, and 4. Co-worker support moderates the effect of employee engagement on employee performance.
