EVALUASI KINERJA GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH DI SD KUTOWINANGUN 07 MENGGUNAKAN MODEL TYPES

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi kinerja guru. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan bapak/ibu guru SD Negeri Kutowinangun 07. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner kepada kepala sekolah dan bapak/ibu guru SD Negeri Kutowinangun 07. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian yang mengacu pada teori model Teacher Performance Evaluation Sytem (TYPES) ini menekankan pada proses pembelajaran. Dimana di setiap aspeknya harus memenuhi standar yang sudah ada salam model TYPES. Ada 7 standar aspek yaitu : (1) perencanaan pembelajaran, (2) proses belajar mengajar, (3) penilaian, (4) lingkungan pembelejaran, (5) komunikasi, (6) profesionalisme, dan (7) siswa berprestasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru SD Negeri Kutowinangun 07 sudah dapat dikatakan sesuai aspek-aspek yang harus ada dalam keberhasilan pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan guru mendapatkan presentase 77% dalam aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, ini termasuk ke dalam kategori tinggi. Guru mendapatkan presentase 79% dalam aspek belajar mengajar, ini termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi. Dalam aspek penilaian guru mendapatkan presentase 78% , ini termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Dalam aspek lingkungan pembelajaran guru mendapatkan presentase 84%, ini termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Dalam aspek komunikasi guru mendapatkan presentase 79%, ini termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Dalam aspek profesionalisme guru mendapatkan presentase 81%, ini termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Dalam aspek siswa berprestasi guru mendapatkan presentase 82%, ini termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi.
This study aims to evaluate teacher performance in problem-based learning. This type of research is teacher performance evaluation research. The subjects of this research were the principal and teachers of SD Negeri Kutowinangun 07. The data collection technique used the distribution of questionnaires to the principal and teachers of SD Negeri Kutowinangun 07. This research uses a research model that refers to the theory of the Teacher Performance Evaluation Sytem (TYPES) model which emphasizes the learning process. Where in each aspect must meet the existing standards of the TYPES model. There are 7 standard aspects, namely: (1) learning planning, (2) teaching and learning process, (3) assessment, (4) learning environment, (5) communication, (6) professionalism, and (7) student achievement. The data analysis technique used was quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the performance of teachers of SD Negeri Kutowinangun 07 can be said to be in accordance with the aspects that must exist in the success of problem-based learning. This is evidenced by the teacher getting a percentage of 77% in the aspect of learning planning, this is included in the high category. Teachers get a percentage of 79% in the aspect of teaching and learning, this is included in the high category. In the aspect of assessment teachers get a percentage of 78%, this is included in the high category. In the aspect of learning environment teachers get a percentage of 84%, this is included in the very high category. In the aspect of teacher communication getting a percentage of 79%, this is included in the high category. In the aspect of teacher professionalism getting a percentage of 81%, this is included in the very high category. In the aspect of student achievement teachers get a percentage of 82%, this is included in the very high category.
