Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan praktik pencegahan bullying dan kekerasan seksual pada anak di SDN Bakalerek.Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah: Meningkatkan kesadaran siswa/siswi dan guru dalam mencegah dan memberi pertolongan pada korban bullying dan kekerasan seksual pada anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah telah menerapkan berbagai strategi pencegahan, antara lain melalui pendidikan karakter, kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan guru, serta kerja sama dengan orang tua dan pihak terkait. Selain itu, adanya kebijakan internal sekolah dan pembentukan tim perlindungan anak turut memperkuat upaya pencegahan. Namun, tantangan masih ditemukan dalam hal keterbatasan sumber daya dan kurangnya pemahaman sebagian pihak mengenai isu ini. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa praktik pencegahan di SDN Bakalerek sudah berjalan cukup baik, namun perlu ditingkatkan melalui penguatan kapasitas dan kesadaran seluruh elemen sekolah.

This study aims to describe the practice of preventing bullying and sexual violence against children at SDN Bakalerek, The objectives of this Community Service are: Increasing awareness of students and teachers in preventing and providing assistance to victims of bullying and sexual violence against children The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, The results of the study indicate that the school has implemented various prevention strategies, including through character education, socialization activities, teacher training, and cooperation with parents and related parties, In addition, the existence of internal school policies and the formation of a child protection team also strengthen prevention efforts, However, challenges are still found in terms of limited resources and lack of understanding of some parties regarding this issue, This study concludes that prevention practices at SDN Bakalerek have been running quite well, but need to be improved by strengthening the capacity and awareness of all elements of the school,
