This study examines how Evangelical theology responds to global anxiety and fear in the modern world marked by pandemics, climate change, war, and uncertainty. Using a qualitative descriptive method through theological literature review, this research explores how the gospel of Jesus Christ serves as the ultimate source of hope and inner peace amid crises. The findings show that Evangelical theology interprets suffering and fear within the framework of God’s sovereignty and providence, affirming that all events remain under divine control. Furthermore, the gospel offers eschatological hope through Christ’s death and resurrection, assuring believers of eternal life and victory over sin and death. The Holy Spirit’s indwelling presence empowers believers to live with courage, love, and self-control instead of fear. Practically, this study highlights the church’s calling to be a community of hope that embodies peace, love, and solidarity in the midst of global anxiety. The research concludes that the gospel is not only a doctrinal truth but a transformative power that anchors the human soul in faith, enabling believers to live by faith, not by fear, in a fearful world.
