PERAN PENTING PONDOK PESANTREN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS UMKM

Abstrak

Sumber pendapatan utama Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Ma’ruf Kediri adalah SPP (Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan) dan BOS (Bantuan Operasional Sekolah). Pondok Pesantren ini masih sangat terbatas mengenai sumber dana, yang mana jumlah santrinya berjumlah 150 santri. Hal tersebut menyebabkan terbatasnya honor tenaga pendidik/guru/ustadz di MTs Al Ma`ruf Mubtadi’in. Kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik pada suatu lembaga pendidikan harus lebih diperhatikan lagi karena hal ini akan menunjang profesionalisme seorang tenaga pendidik tersebut. Maka dari itu, Pesantren perlu adanya upaya pembentukan UMKM atau koperasi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik. UMKM ini perlu didaftarkan supaya mempunyai akses pembiayaan dan akses bantuan dari pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertempat di Pondok Pesantren Al Ma’ruf Bandar Lor Kediri Kecamatan Mojoroto Kota Kediri. Kegiatan UMKM tersebut diawali dengan sosialisasi kepada Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren mengenai pentingnya legalitas Usaha Menengah Kecil Mikro (UMKM) Pesantren, dan selanjutnya dilakukan adanya pendampingan terhadap staff atau pengurus yang mengelola usaha Pesantren.

The main sources of income for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Ma'ruf Kediri are tuition fees (Education Development Contribution) and BOS (School Operational Assistance). This Islamic Boarding School is still very limited regarding the source of funds, where the number of students is 150 students. This causes limited honoraria for educators/teachers/ustadz at MTs Al Ma`ruf Mubtadi'in. The welfare of educators in an educational institution must be given more attention because this will support the professionalism of an educator. Therefore, the Boarding School needs to make efforts to establish MSMEs or cooperatives to improve the welfare of educators. These MSMEs need to be registered so that they have access to financing and access to assistance from the government. This research took place at Pondok Pesantren Al Ma'ruf Bandar Lor Kediri Mojoroto District, Kediri City. The MSME activity begins with socialisation to the Boarding School Leaders regarding the importance of the legality of the Pesantren Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and then there is assistance to staff or administrators who manage the Pesantren business.
