PENYULUHAN PENYAKIT DEGENERATIF PADA MASYARAKAT KELOMPOK RENTAN RT 03/05 KELURAHAN CAWANG

Penyakit degeneratif merupakan penyakit kronis dan termasuk dalam kategori penyakit tidak menular. Penyakit ini berlangsung lama dan umumnya berkembang secara perlahan. Pencegahan dan edukasi dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya penyakit degeneratif. Masyarakat rt 03/05 banyak menderita penyakit degeneratif yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya usia, pola hidup yang tidak sehat, dan kurangnya pengetahuan terkait penyakit degeneratif dengan hasil data penderita penyakit degeneratif masyarakat Cawang rt 03 dengan rentan usia 45-74 tahun memiliki penyakit hipertensi 10 orang, asam urat 7 orang, kolesterol 7 orang, dan diabetes 5 orang, serta masyrakat yang mempunyai penyakit komplikasi hipertensi-Diabetes 3 orang, penyakit komplikasi diabetes-kolesterol 2 orang, penyakit kolesterol-asam urat 3 orang dan yang mempunyai penyakit komplikasi asam urat-hipertensi 2 orang. Data yang digunakan menggunakan pengisian kuesioner pada masyarakat. Hasil analisis data dilakukan uji normalitas dengan menggunakan SPSS pada uji normalitas didapatkan nilai signifikasi sehingga didapatkan pernyataan bahwa H1 diterima dan Ho ditolak, yang artinya ada perbedaan rata-rata antara hasil pengetahuan pre-test dengan post-test setelah adanya perlakuan.

Degenerative diseases are chronic diseases and are included in the category of non-communicable diseases. This disease lasts a long time and generally develops slowly. Prevention and education are carried out to prevent degenerative diseases. The people of RT 03/05 suffer from many degenerative diseases which are influenced by several factors including age, unhealthy lifestyles, and lack of knowledge regarding degenerative diseases with the results of data on degenerative disease sufferers, the people of Cawang RT 03 with a vulnerable age of 45-74 years having hypertension 10 people, 7 people with gout, 7 people with cholesterol, and 5 people with diabetes, as well as people who have hypertension-diabetes complications, 3 people, 2 people with diabetes-cholesterol complications, 3 people with cholesterol-gout complications and 3 people who have complications of gout. -hypertension 2 people. The data used uses questionnaires filled in by the community. The results of the data analysis carried out a normality test using SPSS. In the normality test, a significance value was obtained so that a statement was obtained that H1 was accepted and Ho was rejected, which means that there was an average difference between the results of the pre-test and post-test knowledge after the treatment.
