IMPLEMENTASI PERLIBATAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN BERDASARKAN INSTRUMEN AKREDITASI SATUAN PENDIDIKAN (IASP) TAHUN 2020 DI MIN 2 KOTA BANDUNG

Abstrak

Peran penting masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Kota Bandung, dengan fokus pada implementasi instrumen akreditasi satuan pendidikan tahun 2020. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus, penelitian ini menyoroti berbagai bentuk keterlibatan masyarakat dalam proses pembelajaran dan pengembangan madrasah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat terlibat aktif dalam memberikan kontribusi berupa pemikiran, tenaga, keterampilan, serta dukungan sosial dan finansial. Keterlibatan ini tercermin dalam berbagai aspek, mulai dari proses penerimaan siswa baru, pembelajaran, hingga upaya meningkatkan hasil dan prestasi siswa. Selain itu, peran kepemimpinan madrasah dalam menjalin komunikasi efektif, melibatkan masyarakat dalam program sekolah, dan memperkuat peran komite madrasah juga menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat. Kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan, motivasi untuk terlibat aktif, dan persepsi positif terhadap madrasah menjadi faktor penentu dalam mencapai kualitas pendidikan yang diinginkan. Persepsi positif masyarakat terhadap peran mereka dalam pendidikan, serta kesadaran akan pentingnya keterlibatan dalam mendukung program-program madrasah, menjadi pendorong utama bagi peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Kota Bandung. Oleh karena itu, upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan tidak hanya terfokus pada aspek akademis, tetapi juga pada pembangunan hubungan yang harmonis antara madrasah dan masyarakat sebagai mitra penting dalam proses pendidikan.

The important role of the community in enhancing the quality of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Kota Bandung, with a focus on implementing the Unit Education Accreditation Instrument in 2020, is highlighted in this qualitative study with a case study design. The research sheds light on various forms of community involvement in the learning process and the development of the madrasah. The findings indicate that the community actively contributes through ideas, labor, skills, as well as social and financial support. This involvement is reflected in various aspects, from the admission process of new students to learning activities and efforts to improve students' achievements and results. Furthermore, the leadership role of the madrasah in fostering effective communication, involving the community in school programs, and strengthening the role of the madrasah committee is also crucial in increasing community engagement. The community's awareness of the importance of education, motivation to actively participate, and positive perception of the madrasah are determining factors in achieving the desired educational quality. The positive perception of the community regarding their role in education, as well as awareness of the importance of involvement in supporting madrasah programs, serves as the main driver for improving the quality of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Kota Bandung. Therefore, efforts to improve the quality of education should not only focus on academic aspects but also on building a harmonious relationship between the madrasah and the community as essential partners in the education process.
